Development of the WaveStar wave energy converter with responsibility for various mechanical tasks. Installation of the 900t C5 prototype in the North Sea, Hanstholm, Denmark, 2009.

• Design, calculation, implementation and test of a 900t capacity jacking system for offshore installation
• Design and calculation of various systems such as HVAC
• Investigation of different concepts for offshore foundations such as jackets and buckets
• Involved in the design and dimensioning of the foundation for the C5 Prototype
• Development, design and dimensioning of steel structure using 3D CAD Catia V5 and FEM tools such as Patran/Nastran and Catia FEA.
• Site manager during construction of the C5 prototype in Gdansk, Poland. Doing project management, checking that the machine was build according to drawings and taking onsite decisions.
• System testing in the drydock in Frederikshavn
• Part of the core team who installed the C5 prototype in the North Sea in September 2009
