Tom is an internationally experienced engineer, project manager and leader with a passion for business development and technical challenges within offshore, mechanical and industrial engineering.

Before founding NGINEERING in 2020 he worked within the renewable energy sector and consulting
until 2012 where him and his family went to Germany to help build op a subsidiary
to a Danish consultancy house.
What should have been two years of secondment became 7 great years including working as Project
Engineer, Process Development Manager and Department Manager within
consultancy, telecoms and automotive.
In 2019 it was time to go back to Denmark with the family and start a new adventure but with a luggage of fantastic friendships and experiences from Germany.
