Responsible for the development of core process technologies within the Telecom and Industrial Business Unit and leading a cross functional team of 15 engineers (7 disciplinary and technical in Germany and 8 technical in Taiwan) reporting to the CTO.

Support R&D and Production globally on process related tasks, problems and improvements.

Ensuring close cooperation, support and knowledge sharing within Actuator Solutions globally.

• Planning and realization of production lines in Taiwan and partially China in Class1000/ ISO6 clean rooms
• Ramp up of production in Taiwan
• Standardization of equipment and processes
• Evaluation, release and implementation of new technologies and processes
• Creation and coordination of PFMEAs
• Validation of equipment capability before implementation into the production
• Continuous improvement of processes
• Yield improvement measures
• Creating the Process Control Plans
• Setting up IQC and IPQC items and support to the quality department
• Technical support on troubleshooting and yield problems in mass production
• Planning, cost control and follow up on schedules in the Process Development
• Agree on kpi’s with the manager and employees in the process development team
• Motivation, moderation and coordination of the process development team members in ASG
• Shared responsibility for the technical and economic development of Process Development
• Support the CTO on budget control and budget planning
• Participate and support on product development
• Results: First SMA Autofocus module for series production (200kpcs/month)
