Department Manager South Germany

Responsible for the development and operation of CREADIS South including the offices in Ansbach, Erlangen and Regensburg leading a cross functional team of 16 (Engineering, Sales, HR and marketing) and reporting to the COO of DIS.

• Full P/L responsibility for CREADIS South (multimillion DKK turnover)
• Responsible for setting and achieving targets for local activities in alignment with the Group Management.
• Sales and customer development
• Establishing and managing all staff and operational personnel operations in CREADIS South
• Ensuring high performance in project deliveries and assignments
• Technical sparing with the engineers
• Ensuring compliance with DIS group activities, processes and Group corporate functions (e.g. Finance, HR and Functional areas)
